A short instruction of the operation of the PDFsmp tool

When logging in you will see this site: 

Use your log in data to get acess to the tool. Select "New Tab" and a new tab will show. This has the default name "Project-1". You can edit this text by double clicking the tab.

Selecet the tab "Import" in th meny under the red line. Up-load the desired PDF file to the system. The up-load time will vary depending of the size of the file to be up-loaded. Allow at least 1 minute for a standard 6 to 8 pages file.

When up-load is ready you will see all the pages:

Now you can edit the pagnination of the file. You can delete pages and even import more pages and edit around.

When you have finisjhed the editing, then you can Export the file. You have 3 options:

1. - Export all pages as one PDF file with all pages linked together.
2. - Export all pages as single PDF files to your computer.
3. - Export the file as a flash file to be installed in other applications such as Word, Exel, Power Point or your WEB site.

Export file as Flash in "Flip Page" mode:

Select "Export File" and choose "Flash":

When the "Flip Page" is vissible, then copy the URL shown in your browser (http://www.pdfsmp.com/onlinebook/.......) Insert this URL into the application where you wqant to use the function.
