PDFsmp is based on subscription

You simply open an account and gets an invoice pr mail.

Prices:

1 flash item, max 15Mb	1 year	NOK 500.- ex VAT
2 to 5 flash items, max 30Mb	1 year	NOK 900.- ex VAT
Unlimited flash items, max 100Mb	1 year	NOK 2800.- ex VAT
pr extra 100Mb	1 year	NOK 300.- ex VAT

We will invoice you for one year in advance. Payment terms are net cash.

StartSoft AS has the right to determind your cost based on your use of the tool. Opening an account will generate an invoice of NOK 500.- ex VAT. When your need increases, then automatically we will extend your account terms. E.g. when you increase the use from 1 flash unit and up to 5, then a new invoice will be generated of NOK 900.-

When you registrer an account, you will be able to upload and edit the content on your PDFsmp. When your account has been approved by PDFsmp Administrator you will be able to Export your files to your own applications.

StartSoft AS does not hold any liabillities for your uploaded content to www.pdfsmp.com Please keep your own copy of the content.

StartSoft AS will delete your uploaded content if paymentterms are not fullfilled.
